Connect SendGrid to EonMailer

Add API key, authenticate domain, and confirm webhook events.

Step 1 — Workspace and provider

  1. Switch to client workspace.
  2. SettingsEmail providerSendGrid.
  3. Paste API key (SG.…) from Create API key.
  4. Save and verify connection.

Step 2 — Domain authentication

  1. In SendGrid: SettingsSender AuthenticationAuthenticate Your Domain.
  2. Choose DNS host; copy CNAME records SendGrid provides.
  3. Add matching domain in EonMailer Domains.
  4. Wait for green verification on both sides.

Step 3 — Event webhook

  1. EonMailer Webhooks panel → copy inbound URL.
  2. SendGrid SettingsMail SettingsEvent Webhook.
  3. Enable delivered, bounce, dropped, spam report, unsubscribe.
  4. Paste URL; test integration.

Step 4 — Default sender

Set verified From address on authenticated domain.

Step 5 — Test send

Send internal test; confirm events appear in EonMailer within 1–2 minutes.
