Mailgun

Connect Mailgun to EonMailer

API key, domain, region, and webhook configuration.

Step 1 — Provider settings

  1. Client workspace → SettingsEmail providerMailgun.
  2. Select US or EU region (must match Mailgun account).
  3. Paste Private API key from Mailgun SettingsAPI Keys.
  4. Enter sending domain exactly as in Mailgun (e.g. mail.client.com).
  5. Save and test connection.

Warning EU keys against US API base (or reverse) always fail — region is not cosmetic.

Step 2 — Domain verification

Domain must show Active in Mailgun before bulk send. See Add domain.

Step 3 — Webhooks

  1. Copy EonMailer webhook URL.
  2. Mailgun → SendingWebhooks → add for delivered, failed, complained, unsubscribed.
  3. Use signing key if EonMailer validates signatures (enable in app if offered).

Step 4 — Test

Send test message; confirm Mailgun logs show 200 OK and EonMailer activity updates.

Troubleshoot Mailgun if needed.
