Billing plans and platform event limits
EonMailer is the ops console; sending cost still sits with the client’s SES/SendGrid/Mailgun account. Your EonMailer plan gates seats, workspaces, and monthly platform events.
What a platform event is
Roughly: a billable email send recorded by EonMailer this UTC month (campaigns and automation sends). Test sends do not count. Opens/clicks are engagement metrics, not the Free-tier meter.
Plan snapshot (USD)
| Plan | Typical fit | Clients (workspaces) | Seats | Events / mo |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Evaluate the product | 1 | 2 | 5,000 |
| Starter | Solo / small agency | Higher cap | Higher | Higher |
| Growth | Multi-AM agencies | Higher | Higher | Higher |
| Scale | Large books | Highest / unlimited* | Highest | Highest |

Upgrade when blocked
If you hit a client, seat, or event ceiling, Settings → Billing suggests the next tier. Deep links from limit dialogs land on the right upgrade context.
Downgrade / cancel
Downgrade to Free cancels the paid Razorpay subscription at period end (or as shown in Billing). Export anything you need first; Free keeps one workspace within Free caps.
