Create a template

1. Templates → New template.
2. Name it clearly (Acme — monthly newsletter).
3. Design in the editor; use merge tags for personalization.
4. Save — templates stay in the client (or agency library, depending on scope).

Reuse in campaigns

1. When creating a campaign, pick From template.
2. Customize subject and body for this send — the template original stays unchanged.
3. Update the master template when the brand kit or footer legal text changes.

Brand tips

• Put unsubscribe and physical address in the footer once; inherit across templates.
• Match From name/domain to the verified identity in Deliverability.
• Keep hero images hosted on a stable CDN your client controls.
