Verify a domain in EonMailer

Step 1 — Add domain

1. Switch to client workspace.
2. Settings → Domains → Add domain.
3. Enter subdomain or root (match your From addresses).

Step 2 — Copy DNS records

EonMailer lists required records (verification TXT, DKIM CNAMEs, optional SPF suggestion). Copy each Name/Host and Value without altering.

Step 3 — Publish at DNS host

1. Log in to Cloudflare, Route53, etc.
2. Add records; save.
3. If host auto-appends domain, enter only the subdomain portion as instructed.

Step 4 — Verify

1. Click Verify in EonMailer or wait for automatic polling.
2. All indicators should turn green: Domain, DKIM, SPF (if checked).

Typical wait: 5–30 minutes; up to 48 hours for slow DNS.

Step 5 — Add From address

Senders → add name@yourverified.domain → set default.

Troubleshooting yellow/red

Check	Common fix
DKIM	CNAME typo; remove proxy on Cloudflare
SPF	Duplicate TXT; merge includes
Verification TXT	Old record still cached — lower TTL

Use dig to compare live DNS vs EonMailer expected values.
